Если вы вдруг обнаружили у себя, что эта функция у вас выключена, но вы бы хотели ее активировать, то вот небольшая инструкция:
1. Заходим в раздел Skills, нажимаем на карандаш (режим редактирования)
2. Справа вверху жмем на три точки —> Endorsement settings
3. Активируем все три кнопки ON✅
4. Теперь у вас есть эта фича, поздравляю!
Напоминаю, что подтвердить навыки вы можете только у тех, кто есть в ваших коннектах.
Лично я считаю, что, конечно, лучше подключить себе эту возможность и собирать подтверждения. Это влияет на доверие и лояльность к вашему профилю.
Кстати, если ваш навык подтвержден кем-то очень крутым по этому направлению, LinkedIn отдельно это подсветит (в комментариях покажу как это выглядит на моем примере).

At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. Ukrainian forces have since put up a strong resistance to the Russian troops amid the war that has left hundreds of Ukrainian civilians, including children, dead, according to the United Nations. Ukrainian and international officials have accused Russia of targeting civilian populations with shelling and bombardments. Two days after Russia invaded Ukraine, an account on the Telegram messaging platform posing as President Volodymyr Zelenskiy urged his armed forces to surrender. If you initiate a Secret Chat, however, then these communications are end-to-end encrypted and are tied to the device you are using. That means it’s less convenient to access them across multiple platforms, but you are at far less risk of snooping. Back in the day, Secret Chats received some praise from the EFF, but the fact that its standard system isn’t as secure earned it some criticism. If you’re looking for something that is considered more reliable by privacy advocates, then Signal is the EFF’s preferred platform, although that too is not without some caveats. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website.
