إنّ الـدعاء للميت أفضـل من إهـداء الـقُرب إليـه، يعنـي : أن تدعـو له أفضـل مـن أن تصلـي لـه ركعـتين، أو أن تتصـدق عنه بدرهـمين ، أو أن تضحـي عنه ، أو أن تحج عـنه ، أو أن تعتـمر عنه ،
فالـدعاء أفضـل، ووجـه ذلـك : أن النـبي صلىٰ الله عـليه وسـلم قـال - وهـو يتحـدث عن العـمل - : « أو ولـد صالـح يدعـو له » ولـم يـقل : أو ولـد صـالح يـصلي لـه أو يتـصدق عـنه أو يصـوم عـنه أو ما أشـبه ذلـك،
ولهـذا لـم يكـن مـن عهـد السلـف أن يكـثروا التصـدق أو العـمل للأمـوات، وإنمـا حـدث هـذا في الأزمنـة المتأخـرة .
فـلو سألنا سـائل : ما تقـولون : أيـهما أفضـل أن أصـوم يـومًا لأبـي المـيت، أو أدعـو له ؟
قـلنا الأفضـل أن تدعـو له، وصـم لنفسـك، وادعـوا الله لـه، ولاسـيما عنـد الفـطر، لـو سـألنا : هـل الأفضـل أن أعتـمر لأبـي أو أدعـو لـه ؟
قـلنا : اعتمـر لنفسـك وادع الله لـه فـي الطـواف في السعـي، وهـذا هـو الأحـسن،
وأنت أيضًا سـوف تحتاج للـعمل سيـمر بـك الـذي مـر عـلىٰ أبيك، فلا تـوزع عمـلك علـىٰ فـلان وفـلان، واجـعل العـمل لك وهـؤلاء ادع الله لهـم .

Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. Andrey, a Russian entrepreneur living in Brazil who, fearing retaliation, asked that NPR not use his last name, said Telegram has become one of the few places Russians can access independent news about the war. Some people used the platform to organize ahead of the storming of the U.S. Capitol in January 2021, and last month Senator Mark Warner sent a letter to Durov urging him to curb Russian information operations on Telegram. On December 23rd, 2020, Pavel Durov posted to his channel that the company would need to start generating revenue. In early 2021, he added that any advertising on the platform would not use user data for targeting, and that it would be focused on “large one-to-many channels.” He pledged that ads would be “non-intrusive” and that most users would simply not notice any change. Telegram was co-founded by Pavel and Nikolai Durov, the brothers who had previously created VKontakte. VK is Russia’s equivalent of Facebook, a social network used for public and private messaging, audio and video sharing as well as online gaming. In January, SimpleWeb reported that VK was Russia’s fourth most-visited website, after Yandex, YouTube and Google’s Russian-language homepage. In 2016, Forbes’ Michael Solomon described Pavel Durov (pictured, below) as the “Mark Zuckerberg of Russia.”
