Сегодня в Ростове зафиксирован выброс солярки в р. Дон. Нефтепродукты вдоль берега распространяются и уже дошли до Ворошиловского моста.

На место вызваны все Федеральные службы. Работает Природнадзор: выясняются происхождение и место сброса. Взяты пробы воды.

Направил на место происшествия первого заместителя АП.Потешкина. На месте глава района Кировского района Н.О. Симаченко.

Ситуацию держу на контроле.

But, if all of this is new to you, let us explain, dear friends, what on Earth a Telegram is meant to be, and why you should, or should not, need to care. It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists." Two days after Russia invaded Ukraine, an account on the Telegram messaging platform posing as President Volodymyr Zelenskiy urged his armed forces to surrender. Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government. Emerson Brooking, a disinformation expert at the Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, said: "Back in the Wild West period of content moderation, like 2014 or 2015, maybe they could have gotten away with it, but it stands in marked contrast with how other companies run themselves today."
