Уголовное дело возбудили следственные органы по факту гибели 4 человек в пожаре, который случился в ночь на 10 марта в деревне Высоково. Очаг возгорания находился в деревянном здании, с него огонь перекинулся на теплицы. После того, как пожар был потушен, на месте были обнаружены четыре тела. Как сообщается, двое из них - это молодые мужчины 1987 и 1992 годов рождения. Личности еще двух погибших устанавливаются.

The Security Service of Ukraine said in a tweet that it was able to effectively target Russian convoys near Kyiv because of messages sent to an official Telegram bot account called "STOP Russian War." Pavel Durov, Telegram's CEO, is known as "the Russian Mark Zuckerberg," for co-founding VKontakte, which is Russian for "in touch," a Facebook imitator that became the country's most popular social networking site. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so).
