«Перагледзелі мабільнікі, задавалі нейкія пытаньні, а потым самыя ж на іх адказвалі і нешта запісвалі. Бацька ж сказаў, што ў гэтым доме няма аніякіх маіх рэчаў», — написал журналист.
По словам Скулавца, его родственникам звонили неизвестные, которые представлялись сотрудниками департамента финансовых расследований и интересовались его местоположением.
В сентябре стало известно, что против журналиста завели уголовное дело по неизвестной статье. Тогда с обыском пришли к его матери.

At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy.
