Расположен в старинном особняке Салтыковых-Чертовых 18 века. Особняк с историей, там проводятся экскурсии. Об усадьбе писал Гиляровский, называя ее "Чертков дом". Наслышана об иммерсивном спектакле «Гример», поставленный Эдуардом Бояковым. Очень атмосферно, я бы сходила)
