Ни для кого не секрет, что предновогодний период – один из самых «пиковых» по притоку покупателей в торговые центры.
Ярко выраженный рост посещаемости обычно начинается с 49–50-й недель года и продолжается вплоть до самых последних предновогодних дней. Традиционную картину мы наблюдали и в уже ушедшем 2024 году.
Так, Mall Index ТЦ России за 52-ю неделю по предварительным данным оказался на 10% выше показателей предшествующей 51-й недели, а для ТЦ Москвы – выше на 11%.
Однако в 2024 году два последних нерабочих дня (30 и 31 декабря) выпали уже на 1-ю неделю нового года, и именно они обещают быть наиболее посещаемыми.
