Вчера были блинчики по рецепту Мари ❤️

Блинчики кончились, а рыба осталась. И творожный сыр.
Решила, что это будет прекрасная компания со шпинатом.

Тем более обычно у нас очень мало в рационе шпината, да и зелени в целом
А там же куча АБВгд, ну вы поняли.

И вообще я читала, что если в оладья добавить шпинат, то калории за весь день сожгутся.

⏺Шпинат (я взяла заморозку пол пачки)
⏺2 яйца
⏺кефир 200мл (из молочной кухни, конечно же)
⏺0,5ч.л соды
⏺1ч.л соли
⏺рисовая мука (если честно на глаз сыпала. Кажется, примерно 5ст. ложек)

Получается консистенция сметаны 20%

Все в блендер, по очереди.
Жарить на сухой сковородке. Можно чуть-чуть сливочного добавить.

Бон аппетит, мадамы 🤎

For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. Perpetrators of such fraud use various marketing techniques to attract subscribers on their social media channels.
