По версии следствия, вечером 20 ноября на улице Школьной полицейские остановили автомобиль. За рулём «Датсуна» находился 30-летний мужчина с признаками опьянения. В ответ на законные требования сотрудников полиции, фигурант начал их оскорблять, применил в отношении одного из сотрудников полиции физическую силу.
«Следствие устанавливает все обстоятельств дела, собирает и закрепляет доказательную базу», пишут краевые СМИ.
Тут разве есть что ещё собирать и «закреплять»?
А пьяному скоту нужно сразу было ломать челюсть едва он открыл свой рот. Или сотрудники испугались дяди Вагана из местной армянской диаспоры? Да не может такого быть!
