По нашей информации, в аэропорт он приехал почти под конец регистрации с купленным билетом. Был с ручной кладью, зарегистрировался онлайн. С места преступления выехал около 2:40 ночи, примерно через 20 минут после установки СВУ под днищем Toyota Land Cruiser на Синявинской улице. Дорога без пробок заняла максимум 40 минут. Примерно в 3:20 он был на месте.
Как сообщило турецкое МВД, сегодня в 9:40 диверсант покинул аэропорт в Бодруме. Позднее его взяли. В операции по поимке также участвовали турецкие спецслужбы.

What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. Voice and video calls are also completely encrypted. Channels are not fully encrypted, end-to-end. All communications on a Telegram channel can be seen by anyone on the channel and are also visible to Telegram. Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee. In 2014, Pavel Durov fled the country after allies of the Kremlin took control of the social networking site most know just as VK. Russia's intelligence agency had asked Durov to turn over the data of anti-Kremlin protesters. Durov refused to do so. If you initiate a Secret Chat, however, then these communications are end-to-end encrypted and are tied to the device you are using. That means it’s less convenient to access them across multiple platforms, but you are at far less risk of snooping. Back in the day, Secret Chats received some praise from the EFF, but the fact that its standard system isn’t as secure earned it some criticism. If you’re looking for something that is considered more reliable by privacy advocates, then Signal is the EFF’s preferred platform, although that too is not without some caveats.
