Пока глава администрации отсутствует, осваивая новые дисциплины, её обязанности временно исполняет замглавы Надежда Штевнина. Как бы и её тоже потом не отправили на обучающие курсы.
Помимо Елены Сорокиной, получать знания поехал зампредседателя облправительства Евгений Беленецкий, а также Роман Шашкин и Ирина Гончарова. Собрался тут кружок умных и находчивых.
На благо развития города и области чиновники готовы даже пройти обучение.
