Федорова обвиняют в хищении более 43,5 миллиона рублей в составе группы лиц по предварительному сговору.
Выступая в суде, предприниматель попросил не отправлять его под стражу. Он заявил, что у его компании есть невыполненные работы по строительству объектов в Курской области и Мариуполе. Если его арестуют, то фирма может сорвать их возведение.
