20 февраля и.о представителя МИД России в Иркутске А.А.Котельников принял участие в презентации отреставрированного рояля "Экберг", принадлежащего семье декабриста С.П.Трубецкого, проходившей в Иркутском музее декабристов.
На мероприятии выступили председатель Законодательного собрания Иркутской области А.В.Ведерников, представители Администрации города и Музея декабристов.
Заслуженный артист России Б.Ф.Изаксон исполнил на отреставрированном рояле XVIII века несколько музыкальных произведений.
На презентации присутствовали члены попечительского совета Музея декабристов и представители культурной общественности.

In 2014, Pavel Durov fled the country after allies of the Kremlin took control of the social networking site most know just as VK. Russia's intelligence agency had asked Durov to turn over the data of anti-Kremlin protesters. Durov refused to do so.
