Նախարարները քննարկել են պաշտպանության բնագավառում Հայաստան-Նիդերլանդներ համագործակցության հեռանկարները։

Կողմերը հեռանկարային են համարել ռազմական կրթության, վարժանքների, փորձի փոխանակման և այլ ուղղությունները։

Անդրադարձ է կատարվել նաև տարածաշրջանային ու միջազգային անվտանգությանն առնչվող հարցերի։

On February 15, the Minister of Defence of the Republic of Armenia Suren Papikyan met with the Minister of Defence of the Kingdom of the Netherlands Ruben Brekelmans.

The Ministers discussed prospects for Armenia-Netherlands cooperation in the defence sector, identifying military education, joint exercises, experience exchange, and other areas of cooperation.

They also addressed issues related to regional and international security.

Министр обороны Республики Армения Сурен Папикян 15 февраля встретился с министром обороны Королевства Нидерландов Рубен Брекельмансом.

Министры обсудили перспективы сотрудничества Армении и Нидерландов в сфере обороны.

Стороны сочли перспективными направления военного образования, учений, обмена опытом и другие сферы.

Также были затронуты вопросы региональной и международной безопасности.

In 2014, Pavel Durov fled the country after allies of the Kremlin took control of the social networking site most know just as VK. Russia's intelligence agency had asked Durov to turn over the data of anti-Kremlin protesters. Durov refused to do so. The company maintains that it cannot act against individual or group chats, which are “private amongst their participants,” but it will respond to requests in relation to sticker sets, channels and bots which are publicly available. During the invasion of Ukraine, Pavel Durov has wrestled with this issue a lot more prominently than he has before. Channels like Donbass Insider and Bellum Acta, as reported by Foreign Policy, started pumping out pro-Russian propaganda as the invasion began. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. Russian President Vladimir Putin launched Russia's invasion of Ukraine in the early-morning hours of February 24, targeting several key cities with military strikes. The S&P 500 fell 1.3% to 4,204.36, and the Dow Jones Industrial Average was down 0.7% to 32,943.33. The Dow posted a fifth straight weekly loss — its longest losing streak since 2019. The Nasdaq Composite tumbled 2.2% to 12,843.81. Though all three indexes opened in the green, stocks took a turn after a new report showed U.S. consumer sentiment deteriorated more than expected in early March as consumers' inflation expectations soared to the highest since 1981. At this point, however, Durov had already been working on Telegram with his brother, and further planned a mobile-first social network with an explicit focus on anti-censorship. Later in April, he told TechCrunch that he had left Russia and had “no plans to go back,” saying that the nation was currently “incompatible with internet business at the moment.” He added later that he was looking for a country that matched his libertarian ideals to base his next startup.
