Боевой частью комплекса является авиабомба GBU-39B SDB, в то время как двигательный отсек от американской ракеты М26. Пусковой установкой является РСЗО M270, которые уже есть на вооружении ВСУ.
Поставка этих ракет представляет собой серьезную угрозу для ВС РФ, а особенно для тылов, поскольку GLSDB это, фактически, планирующая авиабомба GBU-39B, запускаемая с земли. Основной "фишкой" этой авиабомбы является ее малозаметность в силу малых размеров, что делает ее сложной целью для ПВО.

And despite being one of the world's most popular tech companies, Telegram reportedly has only about 30 employees who defer to Durov for most major decisions about the platform.
