🔹На аукционе по размещению ОФЗ-ПД выпуска № 26225 с погашением 10 мая 2034 года было продано бумаг на общую сумму 50,000 млрд рублей. Выручка от аукциона — 31,286 млрд рублей. Средневзвешенная цена составила 60,6059% от номинала, что соответствует доходности 15,98% годовых.
🔹На аукционе по размещению ОФЗ-ПД выпуска № 26248 с погашением 16 мая 2040 года было продано бумаг на общую сумму 142,412 млрд рублей. Выручка от аукциона — 117,092 млрд рублей. Two days after Russia invaded Ukraine, an account on the Telegram messaging platform posing as President Volodymyr Zelenskiy urged his armed forces to surrender. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). At this point, however, Durov had already been working on Telegram with his brother, and further planned a mobile-first social network with an explicit focus on anti-censorship. Later in April, he told TechCrunch that he had left Russia and had “no plans to go back,” saying that the nation was currently “incompatible with internet business at the moment.” He added later that he was looking for a country that matched his libertarian ideals to base his next startup. Although some channels have been removed, the curation process is considered opaque and insufficient by analysts. Just days after Russia invaded Ukraine, Durov wrote that Telegram was "increasingly becoming a source of unverified information," and he worried about the app being used to "incite ethnic hatred."
