Инициатором проведения Турнира является депутат Собрания депутатов Моргаушского муниципального округа Леонид Андреев. Организатором выступил отдел образования, молодёжной политики, физической культуры и спорта администрации Моргаушского МО Чувашской Республики. Всего было 75 участников из общеобразовательных организаций и территориальных округов.

К участию на Турнире допускались все желающие. На мероприятии приняли участие и участники специальной военной операции.
