Столичный суд избрал меру пресечения владельцу, сдававшему квартиры и иным фигурантам по делу о незаконной миграции и организации занятий проституцией

Постановлениями Кузьминского районного суда города Москвы:

▶️ Поликарпову Андрею Николаевичу;
▶️Егоровой Екатерине Олеговне;
▶️Ильиной Ольге Петровне;
▶️Абдуллаеву Тимурлану Шабданбековичу;
▶️Кылычбеку Уулу Абдиназару,
обвиняемых в совершении преступлений, предусмотренных ч. 3 ст. 322.1, ч.1 ст. 241 УК РФ, избрана мера пресечения каждому
в виде заключения под стражу на срок 2 месяца 00 суток, до 20 января 2025 года.

The headline CPI — soaring 7.9% over last year — underscored the sticky inflationary pressures reverberating across the U.S. economy, with everything from groceries to rents and airline fares getting more expensive for everyday consumers. Oleksandra Matviichuk, a Kyiv-based lawyer and head of the Center for Civil Liberties, called Durov’s position "very weak," and urged concrete improvements. On December 23rd, 2020, Pavel Durov posted to his channel that the company would need to start generating revenue. In early 2021, he added that any advertising on the platform would not use user data for targeting, and that it would be focused on “large one-to-many channels.” He pledged that ads would be “non-intrusive” and that most users would simply not notice any change. After fleeing Russia, the brothers founded Telegram as a way to communicate outside the Kremlin's orbit. They now run it from Dubai, and Pavel Durov says it has more than 500 million monthly active users.
