Московский городской суд признал Шатресова Дмитрия Аркадьевича виновным в совершении преступления, предусмотренного ст. 275 УК РФ, и назначил наказание в виде лишения свободы на срок 17 лет с отбыванием наказания в исправительной колонии строгого режима, со штрафом, с ограничением свободы на срок 1 год.
