Сегодня прилетел 4-ый перенос срока ключей. Теперь это март 2025. Итого, у некоторых начальная дата по ДДУ уже съехала почти на 7 мес.
Форма пишет, что всё готово, просто допиливают косметику и проходят процесс получения РВЭ. Визуально по фоткам - вполне верю. Но и покупантов можно понять. Мало того, что напряжно читать такие смски, так ещё за просрочку в 2024 ничего не прилипнет, из-за моратория на неустой
Моё личное - если мораторий вдруг не продлится, то затягивать с ключами Форме вообще неинтересно. И вводиться рили надо в ближайшее время. Кредит от Газпромбанка там до конца марта 2025. Вычерпали по нему все 11,3 ярда. А после ввода сразу раскроется эксроу с 16,5 млрд @iliilitop
