Самое главное – дом находится прямо на ТТК и архитекторы придумали целый ряд решений, нивелирующих этот факт. Во-первых, возведена декоративная стена из алюминия и стекла, совмещённая с неким стилобатом (из голого бетона, красота). Во-вторых, в самом дворе возведен целый земляной вал, который дополнительно ограничивает от шума площадку внутри. Отличный пример, когда шумозащитные экраны нужны и получилось их сделать без банальных решений с синим поликарбонатом.
