По программе комплексного развития территорий (КРТ) на месте бывшей промзоны "Алтуфьевское Шоссе" в районе Отрадное построят крупный жилой комплекс. На участке площадью почти 30 га между Алтуфьевским шоссе, улицей Хачатуряна и рекой Лихоборкой компания ООО "АФИ РУС" намерена возвести более 618 000 квадратов недвижимости.

Проект включает строительство жилья, социальных объектов, а также общественно-деловых и промышленных зданий. Здесь появится образовательный центр, состоящий из школы на 375 мест и детского сада на 200 воспитанников. По завершении строительства эти объекты девелопер передаст городу для дальнейшего использования.
