КОТЕЛЬНИКИ ТРЕБУЮТ С ПИК 5.5 МЛРД ЗА СТРОИТЕЛЬСТВО ИНФРАСТРУКТУРЫ
Администрация г.о. Котельники подала в Арбитражный суд МО иск к структуре ГК ПИК на 5,4 млрд руб. Иск подан к компании «Специализированный застройщик «Новый горизонт», которая входит в ГК ПИК и выступает девелопером жилого комплекса «Белая Дача парк».
Из материалов дела следует, что Администрация намерена взыскать с ответчика убытки в размере 5,44 млрд руб., пишут "Ведомости".
Истец хочет, чтобы девелопер комплекса «Белая Дача парк» компенсировал ему затраты на строительство на территории этого жилого микрорайона социальной инфраструктуры.
Эти объекты действительно предусмотрены проектом планировки территории и они были возведены за счет бюджета Котельников.
