❗️Замминистра природных ресурсов Тульской области Диана Гришина арестована за получение взятки
По версии следствия, в период с апреля 2014 года по апрель 2019 года Гришина получила лично, а также через посредников в качестве взятки денежные средства в общей сумме более 4,5 миллионов рублей, то есть в особо крупном размере, за совершение незаконных действий и бездействие.
Гришина обвиняется в совершении преступления, предусмотренного ч. 6 ст. 290 УК РФ (получение должностным лицом взятки в особо крупном размере).

In a message on his Telegram channel recently recounting the episode, Durov wrote: "I lost my company and my home, but would do it again – without hesitation." Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. On Feb. 27, however, he admitted from his Russian-language account that "Telegram channels are increasingly becoming a source of unverified information related to Ukrainian events."
