Это следует из заключения Счетной палаты на проект бюджета Фонда пенсионного и социального страхования (единого Соцфонда) в 2023–25 гг.
Этот коэффициент все последние годы снижается: в 2017-м он составлял 35%, а по итогам 2022 г. будет равняться 31,4%, пишет РБК, хотя согласно Конвенции Международной организации труда, пенсия должна компенсировать как минимум 40% от дохода, который утратил пенсионер, выйдя на пенсию.
Снижение уровня пенсий к уровню зарплат происходит и на фоне того, что в бюджете на 2023 г. заложено уменьшение в России на 1 млн количества пенсионеров.

And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website.
