Здоровые перекусы нам всем сейчас очень важны. Собираю их в коллекцию Глебу)
🍎Яблоки, запеченные с творогом
Яблоко большое (лучше красное, не гренни) Творог 5% ~130 гр Изюм (мелко порубила) (по желанию, можно сахар, можно ничего) Желток Грецкие орехи
Готовим👩🏼🍳 🧡Яблоки разрезать пополам, очистить от косточек. Вычистить мякоть внутри 🧡Мякоть смешать с творогом 🧡Добавить желток, изюм или сахар (по желанию), грецкие орехи (во взрослую порцию или если уже ввели) 🧡Выложить в форму, в нее подлить немного воды и отправить в разогретую на 180 градусов духовку до мягкости яблока (у меня 25 минут, были гренни🤪)

These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. Telegram was co-founded by Pavel and Nikolai Durov, the brothers who had previously created VKontakte. VK is Russia’s equivalent of Facebook, a social network used for public and private messaging, audio and video sharing as well as online gaming. In January, SimpleWeb reported that VK was Russia’s fourth most-visited website, after Yandex, YouTube and Google’s Russian-language homepage. In 2016, Forbes’ Michael Solomon described Pavel Durov (pictured, below) as the “Mark Zuckerberg of Russia.” At this point, however, Durov had already been working on Telegram with his brother, and further planned a mobile-first social network with an explicit focus on anti-censorship. Later in April, he told TechCrunch that he had left Russia and had “no plans to go back,” saying that the nation was currently “incompatible with internet business at the moment.” He added later that he was looking for a country that matched his libertarian ideals to base his next startup. The message was not authentic, with the real Zelenskiy soon denying the claim on his official Telegram channel, but the incident highlighted a major problem: disinformation quickly spreads unchecked on the encrypted app. Oh no. There’s a certain degree of myth-making around what exactly went on, so take everything that follows lightly. Telegram was originally launched as a side project by the Durov brothers, with Nikolai handling the coding and Pavel as CEO, while both were at VK.
