〰️Суп простой и до безобразия 〰️быстрый. но все равно рецепт 〰️спрашивали.

Тыква 200 гр Картофель 1 шт Молоко 50 мл (я сейчас готовлю без молока, чисто на воде) Чеснок 2 зубчика Луковица 1/2 Соль по вкусу
Готовим 👩🏼🍳 1. Лук и чеснок притушить на гхи и водичке 2. Добавить картофель, тыкву 3. Залить водичкой, чтобы покрывало все овощи, довести до кипения, 4. Варить до мягкости овощей ~12 минут. Посолить 5. Влить молоко 6. Пробить блендером до пюре, подержать на огне 2-3 минуты.
/ если получается вдруг жидко-всегда можно выпарить жидкость - надо дать покипеть под открытой крышкой/ Подавать с хлебушком и/или сыром.
