Новое имя в SDN-листе - Владислав Свиблов (на фото). Он владеет седьмой в РФ компанией по добыче золота - Highland Gold. Вместе с другими активами бизнесмена - Чукотской горно-геологической компанией, "Камчатским золотом" и Озерной горнорудной компанией - золотодобытчик попал под санкции США.
Из перечисленных компаний больше других может пострадать Озерная. Запуск производства там запланирован на начало 2024 года, но введение санкций может существенно сдвинуть сроки.
Также под санкции попала золотодобывающая компания "Высочайший" (GV Gold) и ее основатель Сергей Докучаев.
Вот так почти всекрупные золотодобывающие компании РФ вошли в SDN-лист.
Кроме того, новый пакет санкций отличает интернациональность. Все большее число иностранных граждан и компаний "отвечают" за свои связи с РФ.
Один из главных потенциальных рисков - заблаговременный отказ компаний из дружественных стран от взаимодействия с российскими партнерами.
