В Комитете Государственной Думы состоялось очередное заседание, в ходе которого был рассмотрен законопроект о создании Российского спортивного фонда.
Комитетом принято решение рекомендовать направить законопроект в рассылку до 18 марта для получения отзывов и предложений к законопроекту.

Вторым пунктом повестки заседания стало рассмотрение законопроектов об уточнении правового регулирования проведения азартных игр в букмекерских конторах.

Комитет будет рекомендовать Правительству РФ, совместно с Комитетом ГД по экономике, учесть позицию Минспорта России, а также общероссийских спортивных федераций и ППК «ЕРАИ» при подготовке поправок ко 2 чтению.

These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. The Russian invasion of Ukraine has been a driving force in markets for the past few weeks. In December 2021, Sebi officials had conducted a search and seizure operation at the premises of certain persons carrying out similar manipulative activities through Telegram channels. Telegram has gained a reputation as the “secure” communications app in the post-Soviet states, but whenever you make choices about your digital security, it’s important to start by asking yourself, “What exactly am I securing? And who am I securing it from?” These questions should inform your decisions about whether you are using the right tool or platform for your digital security needs. Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications. The message was not authentic, with the real Zelenskiy soon denying the claim on his official Telegram channel, but the incident highlighted a major problem: disinformation quickly spreads unchecked on the encrypted app.
