Сегодня, 28 августа 2024 года, прошло второе заседание в Верховном Суде РФ по административному делу, истцом по которому является Ильсия Олеговна Гаврилова, о признании недействующими некоторых пунктов (п.2, абз.1 п.4, абз.3 п.8, абз.5 п.47, подп.10 п.52, абз.3,5,7 п.54, абз.2 п.60) Порядка проведения конкурса на замещение вакантной должности нотариуса, утверждённого приказом Минюста России от 30.03.2018 №63. Ответчиком по делу является Минюст РФ, а заинтересованным лицом ФНП.
Дело рассматривается судьёй ВС РФ Кирилловым В.С.
По ходатайству Прокуратуры Верховный Суд перенес заседание с целью получения от Минюста заключения антикоррупционной экспертизы Порядка проведения конкурса на замещение вакантной должности нотариуса, утверждённого приказом Минюста России от 30.03.2018 №63.
Следующее заседание состоится 18 сентября 2024 года.

They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. The last couple days have exemplified that uncertainty. On Thursday, news emerged that talks in Turkey between the Russia and Ukraine yielded no positive result. But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides.
