Дорога будет строиться по новейшей для Югры методике освоения бюджетного бабла. Новый для себя опыт городские чиновники называют «Контракт жизненного цикла». Во всех подробностях его описал директор департамент строительства города Виктор Ситников:
«Действительно, стоимость всего контракта — 160 млн рублей. Из них 103,7 млн отводится на строительно-монтажные работы и 56,3 — на содержание дороги в течение восьми лет».
