Еще один пример цепляющей коммуникации - организация Goonj, занимающаяся вещевой помощью сельским жителям. Они не используют слово charity, так как не считают такую коммуникацию устойчивой, вместо этого они говорят о dignity и self esteem.
А вместо donations используют формулировку contributions. Логика такая - нужно делиться тем, что может быть нужно другим, а не отдавать ненужное. В контексте сбора вещей это актуальный акцент.
