Сейчас при расчете возмещения по семейной ипотеке на ИЖС и многоквартирные дома ключевая ставка увеличивается на 2 п.п. и вычитается ставка по льготной программе. При расчете возмещения по дальневосточной и арктической ипотеке ключевая ставка увеличивается на 1,5 п.п.
