Кроме того, Файзуллин добавил, что подготовлен законопроект, который обяжет УК отчитываться перед собственниками о проделанной работе. Обсуждается вопрос получения паспортов готовности к отопительному сезону как одного из требований к лицензии на управление.
С последними двумя инициативами все понятно. Но почему повышения ответственности и контроля можно добиться за счет российского гражданства руководителя УК — теряемся в догадках.... 🤷♀️
