ТИК №34 города Санкт-Петербурга всё ещё не пускает кандидатов в муниципальные депутаты.

В ТИКе, как и вчера, искусственная очередь, а кандидатов специально принимают в разы медленнее, чем на самом деле нужно. До закрытия ТИКа осталось меньше двух часов.

Кандидаты самоорганизовались, составили очередь и записывают время, когда кто проходит — как видим, за большую часть рабочего дня комиссия не приняла и половины списка.

Один из членов соседней ТИК №14 вышел к кандидатам обсудить ситуацию. Обратно его на собственное рабочее место не пустила охрана.

Регистрация кандидатов под угрозой срыва. Призываем ЦИК вмешаться в ситуацию.

And despite being one of the world's most popular tech companies, Telegram reportedly has only about 30 employees who defer to Durov for most major decisions about the platform. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. "And that set off kind of a battle royale for control of the platform that Durov eventually lost," said Nathalie Maréchal of the Washington advocacy group Ranking Digital Rights. Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. Emerson Brooking, a disinformation expert at the Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, said: "Back in the Wild West period of content moderation, like 2014 or 2015, maybe they could have gotten away with it, but it stands in marked contrast with how other companies run themselves today."
