Как нам стало известно, самая большая доля — 42,16% — находится в руках Amarudo Holdings Limited, имеющего прописку на Кипре и штат из одного человека. В акционерах значится российско-китайский инвестиционный фонд. И сейчас есть большая вероятность, что доля станет еще больше. И тогда оффшорная компания получит контрольный пакет.
