По моей информации, следствие просило продлить домашний арест, но суд согласился отпустить бизнесмена (об этом также писал Карп) за сумму в 20 лямов. Деньги Туфан должен внести до 27 января.
Туфану запрещено выезжать за территорию Москвы и Подмосковье, а также общаться со свидетелями. Кроме того, запрещено отправлять почтовые и почтово-телеграфные отправления.
Дело находится на контроле у московской прокуратуры.
