«Мы обратились на федеральный уровень с просьбой включить территорию Севастополя в зону чрезвычайной ситуации федерального характера», – заявил Развожаев.
В данный момент в Севастополе действует режим ЧС регионального масштаба. Развожаев добавил, что могут понадобиться дополнительные средства на утилизацию отходов. По его словам это самая дорогая статья расходов.

He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information.
