Соответствующие документ опубликован на официальном сайте правительства региона.
Согласно документу власти смогут не проводить общественные слушания при внесении изменений в генеральные планы муниципальных образований.
Общественники полагают, что речь идет о фактическом лишении местного населения права высказывать свое мнение. Теперь любой участок городской земли, парк или сквер, могут признать пригодным, например, под многоэтажное строительство.
