На неделе 18-24 ноября в ходе рейда был задержан нарушитель, который срубил 77 елок в Болотнинском районе. В Кудряшовском бору фотоловушка «поймала» нарушителя, который заготовил 50 деревьев.
Минимальный размер ущерба за незаконную вырубку одного дерева оценивается в 4-6 тысяч рублей. Нарушителям грозит уголовная ответственность в виде штрафа до 3 миллионов или лишения свободы на срок до 7 лет со штрафом 300-500 тысяч рублей.
Ежедневно в лесах региона работают мобильные группы, на территориях лесного фонда установлены фотоловушки. «Уйти безнаказанно нарушителю из леса с елкой не получится», — предупреждают в Министерстве.
