❗️❗️❗️Суд избрал меру пресечения в отношении мужчины, искалечившего бывшую сожительницу в Сочи
Центральным районным судом г. Сочи рассмотрено ходатайство следствия об избрании меры пресечения в отношении мужчины, обвиняемого в совершении преступления, предусмотренного ч.3 ст.30 ч.1 ст.105 УК РФ.
Из материалов, представленных суду, следует, что 20 декабря фигурант проник в квартиру бывшей возлюбленной и нанес ей удары руками и ключом от замка зажигания своего автомобиля, причинив телесные повреждения и лишив глаза. Совершить убийство мужчина не смог, так как потерпевшая оказала ему сопротивление.
⛓️💥 Рассмотрев материалы, суд пришел к выводу, что избрать в отношении обвиняемого иную меру пресечения, кроме как заключение под стражу, не представляется возможным. Срок меры - 2 месяца.

In the past, it was noticed that through bulk SMSes, investors were induced to invest in or purchase the stocks of certain listed companies. The picture was mixed overseas. Hong Kong’s Hang Seng Index fell 1.6%, under pressure from U.S. regulatory scrutiny on New York-listed Chinese companies. Stocks were more buoyant in Europe, where Frankfurt’s DAX surged 1.4%. Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis." Groups are also not fully encrypted, end-to-end. This includes private groups. Private groups cannot be seen by other Telegram users, but Telegram itself can see the groups and all of the communications that you have in them. All of the same risks and warnings about channels can be applied to groups.
