Любой осуждённый, за исключением разве что отпетых рецидивистов, мечтает об условно-досрочном освобождении. Чтобы быстрее вернуться домой, ему необходимо выполнить три обязательных условия — отбыть большую часть срока, заручиться положительной характеристикой администрации учреждения и возместить потерпевшим материальный ущерб.
Только тогда он может обращаться с ходатайством об УДО в местный суд. Если прокурор, потерпевшие и представитель пенитенциарного учреждения не выступают против, то судьи обычно дают добро на освобождение из колонии.
Но что делать, если они необоснованно отказывают в просьбе, а прокуроры бездействуют?

Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis." The War on Fakes channel has repeatedly attempted to push conspiracies that footage from Ukraine is somehow being falsified. One post on the channel from February 24 claimed without evidence that a widely viewed photo of a Ukrainian woman injured in an airstrike in the city of Chuhuiv was doctored and that the woman was seen in a different photo days later without injuries. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. Pavel Durov, a billionaire who embraces an all-black wardrobe and is often compared to the character Neo from "the Matrix," funds Telegram through his personal wealth and debt financing. And despite being one of the world's most popular tech companies, Telegram reportedly has only about 30 employees who defer to Durov for most major decisions about the platform. On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. Pavel Durov, Telegram's CEO, is known as "the Russian Mark Zuckerberg," for co-founding VKontakte, which is Russian for "in touch," a Facebook imitator that became the country's most popular social networking site.
