Монолитное единство партии и народа, вот это ленинское Политбюро, ЦК, считалось, что они не конфликтовали, а потом оказалось, что это такие, по выражаю Черчилля, схватки бульдогов под ковром… А так да, никто ни с кем и ни с чем не конфликтовал, только все время кто-то «вылетал наружу ковром придушенный».
