Член Комитета Госдумы по государственному строительству и законодательству Анжелика Глазкова предложила создать Фонд социальной справедливости, который будет выплачивать россиянам часть доходов от экспорта нефти и газа. Законопроект был внесен в Госдуму.
Фонд начнет работать с 1 января 2026 года. Ежегодно в его капитал будет поступать минимум 15% средств Фонда национального благосостояния. В течение трех месяцев гражданам будут выплачивать ренту от продажи энергоресурсов, причитающуюся им в равных долях.
Получать выплаты смогут россияне с трудовым стажем не менее 15 лет.
