По закону задержанных в самоволке (самовольное оставление части, далее — СОЧ) должны отвезти в комендатуру или военно-следственный отдел. Но бывает, что везут в центр СОЧ или воинскую часть. Оттуда могут попытаться вернуть на фронт. А к тем, кто сопротивляется, могут применить насилие, недавно такая история в Якутске кончилась пожаром с жертвами среди отказчиков.
