В Подмосковье будут проверять наличие чипов у домашних собак в местах частого выгула, сообщили ТАСС в Министерстве сельского хозяйства и продовольствия Московской области.
При первом выявлении отсутствия чипа владельцу выносится предупреждение. Если случай повторный, то будет штраф на сумму от 1,5 до 3 тыс. рублей.

The message was not authentic, with the real Zelenskiy soon denying the claim on his official Telegram channel, but the incident highlighted a major problem: disinformation quickly spreads unchecked on the encrypted app.
