Почему после ряда ужасных событий с применением огнестрельного и холодного оружия в школах нескольких российских городов до сих пор можно спокойно пронести в здание пистолет, даже если он пневматический? Этот пистолет выглядит как настоящий и является репликой модели огнестрельного оружия. Т.е. в школу можно было пронести настоящее оружие.
Второй вопрос, который требует пристального изучения, - это возможность анонимного приобретения травмоопасного оружия в сети Интернет. В том числе в онлайн-магазинах.
Проработаю юридический аспект этой проблемы с точки зрения законодательных ограничений и наличия лазеек, которые позволяют такую торговлю.
