❗️За клопотанням прокурорів Офісу Генпрокурора Печерський районний суд м. Києва обрав запобіжний захід у вигляді тримання під вартою очільниці обласної МСЕК, яку підозрюють у незаконному збагаченні (ст. 368-5 КК України).
Підозрювану взято під варту з альтернативою внесення застави у сумі 500 млн грн.
Саме на такому запобіжному заході наполягали прокурори у своєму клопотанні.
