Хохлятские говномедиа, которые сидели на пайке у USAID, завыли о помощи после остановки финансирования своих проектов по указу Трампа.

Вот украинцы постоянно твердят о «независимости», как в отношении страны, так и в отношения себя. А где она? Тот факт, что их страна находится в прямой зависимости даже не обсуждается. Но сами же хохлы могут быть независимыми? Нет, не могут.

Какашные «Украинская правда» и «Детектор медиа» просят читателей донатить им деньги. Hromadske и Bihus info тоже пошли по такому пути, отметив, что основная часть их работы финансировалась именно Штатовской USAID.

Где незалежнисть? Не бачу!👀

So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. Telegram, which does little policing of its content, has also became a hub for Russian propaganda and misinformation. Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers. Channels are not fully encrypted, end-to-end. All communications on a Telegram channel can be seen by anyone on the channel and are also visible to Telegram. Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee. Just days after Russia invaded Ukraine, Durov wrote that Telegram was "increasingly becoming a source of unverified information," and he worried about the app being used to "incite ethnic hatred."
