По данным следствия, 20 декабря около половины четвертого дня Косарев появился у здания на набережной Фонтанки, 90, то есть у главного военкомата Ленинградской области. В фасад полетели две бутылки с зажигательной смесью, произошло возгорание. Это случилось в течение 20 минут
Защита против заключения под стражу возражала, сообщив суду, что подопечный вину признает и скрываться не намерен.

At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children. That hurt tech stocks. For the past few weeks, the 10-year yield has traded between 1.72% and 2%, as traders moved into the bond for safety when Russia headlines were ugly—and out of it when headlines improved. Now, the yield is touching its pandemic-era high. If the yield breaks above that level, that could signal that it’s on a sustainable path higher. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis."
